Info Post
Marion Berry and Vic Snyder in the House and Blanche Lincoln in the Senate voted NO on the Military Commissions Act. It passed 250-170 in the House and 65-34 in the Senate.. The Act established procedures by which enemy combatants and terror suspects are to be interrogated and prosecuted and established trial by military commission for violations of the law of war. How do these people keep getting reelected?

Mike Ross, John Boozman and Mark Pryor voted YES. These men understood the need to protect our civilians and military members by defining procedures for interrogating and prosecuting foreign terrorists and that foreign terrorists, who have made war on the United States, are not be entitled to trial in US courts with the rights afforded US citizens.
