President Obama decided to trust in the number 13 when awarding Medals of Freedom to a unique composite of people dead and alive, American and foreign, mostly liberals to extremists with a some other very worthy recipients included to provide meaningful cover. Besides the Bob Dylan and Delores Huerta pictured in the cartoon, the names of the other eleven are listed here.
