The U.S. has given money to nearly all of these "dictators" at minimum in the form of aid to their country. Based on the number of dictators in the world, it appears being a "thug" continues to be a popular method of controlling both their people and extorting the U.S. and other wealthy countries. Some are upping the ante with threats of nuclear weapons. Cast your vote for the World's Worst Dictator and then please do something -- drop a note to your congressional representatives and ask them to cease supporting funds to that dictator.
