by Andy Mayberry: Barack Obama, Democratic nominee for president and one of the most outspoken advocates of baby killing in American history, got another big endorsement in recent days. This time, it was a military endorsement – sort of – and I’m not talking about Gen. Colin Powell. According to an article written by Ryan Mauro, an al-Qaida leader called this week for “Allah to ‘humiliate’ President Bush and the Republican Party in Tuesday’s election” and this “was not the first tacit endorsement of Democrat Barack Obama by the terrorist network.” A contributor to a major al-Qaida website last week said the terrorist group will “let the Democrats win the presidential elections, and Obama will take it.”Obama’s running mate Joe Biden says he’s certain that if Obama is elected president, there will be an international crisis to test his strength within the first six months of his presidency. This is the same Joe Biden, along with Hillary Clinton, who called Obama’s approach to foreign policy “naïve” back during the Democratic primaries.
“Mark my words. It will not be six months before the world tests Barack Obama like they did John Kennedy. The world is looking . . . Remember I said it standing here if you don’t remember anything else I said. Watch, we’re gonna have an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy … As a student of history and having served with seven presidents, I guarantee you it’s gonna happen.”Well, that’s certainly something to look forward to. And it must be true. After all, the Democrats keep telling us what a whiz Joe Biden is on foreign policy. He must know.
In April, Obama received the endorsement of the militant Palestinian group Hamas. Ahmed Yousuf, Hamas’ top political adviser in the Gaza Strip, said on WABC Radio in New York, “We like Mr. Obama, and we hope that he will win the elections.” Well then, Mr. Yousuf should be sure to vote. I’m certain ACORN would be happy to assist with his voter registration.
Obama has said that Hezbollah, the political and military group founded in 1982 to fight Israel in southern Lebanon, has “legitimate claims.” In kind, Ali Larijani, the Hezbollah- and Hamas-supporting speaker of Iran’s parliament, voiced Iran’s preference for a “more flexible and rational” Obama over John McCain, according to an article in The Washington Times. Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has described the Holocaust as “a myth” and called for Israel to be “wiped off the map.” Obama has said he will meet with Ahmadinejad and leaders of other rogue nations “without precondition” during the first year of his presidency. Again, Biden and Clinton said earlier this year that Obama demonstrates a naïve approach.
Reuters reports that in an opinion piece written by Fidel Castro, that Castro called Obama “from the social and human point, the most advanced candidate.” Can you say, “redistribute the wealth”? Obama can, and did … to Joe the Plumber and a national network TV audience. Apparently, Castro must like the Obama plan. And what better endorsement? After all, you know how nice the folks have it in Cuba. People are living in luxury all over the place with civil rights just running out their ears. Right? Castro went on to have some criticism for Obama, but remarked “[w]ere I to defend him, I would do his adversaries an enormous favor.” It seems that even Castro realizes that with friends like himself, one doesn’t need enemies … not in an election year, anyway.
In December 2007, Obama’s pastor of 20 years – whom he once called a “mentor” – Rev. Jeremiah Wright presented Louis Farrakhan with the “Rev. Dr. Jeremiah A. Wright Jr. Lifetime Achievement Trumpeter” award. There’s a prize for the mantle. According to Wright:
“When Minister Farrakhan speaks, black America listens.” That would be the same Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan referred to in an article in The Washington Times: “America's own anti-white, anti-Jewish Louis Farrakhan … heralded an Obama presidency as the coming age of the ‘the Messiah.’” And that would be the same Rev. Wright who describes himself as a black liberationist who is committed to Africa and an Afro-centrist Christianity. Wright has equated Zionism with racism; has compared Israel to South Africa under apartheid; and characterized the terrorist attacks on American soil on 9/11 as the result of violent American policies overseas. You probably recall what Rev. Wright said he wanted God to do to America. And it wasn’t to bless it. Did I mention he was Obama’s pastor for 20 years, and Obama once described him as a “mentor”?That would also be the same Rev. Wright who traveled with Minister Farrakhan to Tripoli in 1984 to visit with terrorist Libyan leader Muammar el-Qaddafi. Now, unlike Hamas, Qaddafi is slow to endorse Obama. He certainly has his doubts. In fact, here’s what he said about Obama’s recent vocal support of Israel during a June 11 interview that aired on Al-Jazeera TV:
“… we were taken by surprise when our African Kenyan brother (whom Qaddafi refers to as Muslim, despite Obama’s claim of Christianity), who is an American national, made statements that shocked all his supporters in the Arab world, in Africa, and in the Islamic world. We hope that this is merely an elections ‘clearance sale,’ as they say in Egypt – in other words, merely an elections lie. As you know, this is the farce of elections – a person lies and lies to people, just so that they will vote for him, and afterwards, when they say to him: ‘You promised this and that,’ he says: ‘No, this was just elections propaganda.’ This is the farce of democracy for you. He says: ‘This was propaganda, and you thought I was being serious. I was fooling you to get your votes.’ Allah willing, it will turn out that this was merely electionsNo, say it ain’t so, Muammar.

I haven’t seen if William Ayers has publicly endorsed Obama’s presidential run yet. But it stands to reason he might, since Ayers hosted a small gathering of about a dozen people at his home at which then-state Senator Alice J. Palmer introduced Obama to the group as her chosen successor for the 1996 Democratic primary. Don’t forget that Ayers was co-founder of the Weather Underground, the leftist radical group responsible for multiple bombings of banks and U.S. government buildings including the U.S. Capitol and the Pentagon. But that was when Obama was just 8 years old, he says. Of course, Obama was 30 when Ayers said in an interview that he wished he had done more. And four years later, he helped Barack “Don’t-Call-Me-Barry” Obama kick off his political career in his home. (“Barry” was what he was called until his sophomore year of college when he decided to go with his more formal name, Barack Hussein Obama. Oops. Did I say Hussein? He promoted that at the beginning of the campaign, but I understand it’s politically incorrect to utter his middle name now. Sorry, Barry … um, I mean Barack.) But I digress.
There’s plenty more that could be written, but I’m tired of writing now. And you’re probably tired of reading. I just wanted to make sure you remembered all of Obama’s mighty endorsements (perhaps received because of his 140+ days experience in the U.S. Senate) before you vote for either the ObamaNation or some guy named John McCain. I hear this McCain fellow has 22 years in the Senate. Not sure if his military endorsements will match those of Obama, but I guess it is worth mentioning that he graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1958, becoming a naval aviator, and that during the Vietnam War, he nearly lost his life in the1967 USS Forrestal fire. And, oh yeah, according to Wikipedia,
“ in October 1967, while on a bombing mission over Hanoi, he was shot down, badly injured, and captured by the North Vietnamese. He was a prisoner of war until 1973, experiencing episodes of torture and refusing an out-of-sequence early repatriation offer; his war wounds left him with lifelong physical limitations.”His son is currently serving in Iraq. And he doesn’t believe in killing babies.
So who do you think would make the better commander-in-chief during these dangerous times for our nation? Hmmm. Decisions, decisions. If we don't have a leader who will defend America and its liberties, all the other issues pertaining to the economy, gas prices, healthcare, Social Security, immigration, etc., are really meaningless. Even if you're not crazy about McCain, America can't afford to risk an ObamaNation. Please don't sit out this election!
