Arkansas lawmakers will meet today at the state capital for the start of a new legislative session. The 86th general assembly will be the first in more than a decade without Governor Huckabee behind the wheel. There are certainly many changes that the state capital has in store for this session: a new governor and four new senators. But the biggest change in terms of sheer numbers is in the House of Representatives.
