Arkansas lawmakers will meet today at the state capital for the start of a new legislative session. The 86th general assembly will be the first in more than a decade without Governor Huckabee behind the wheel. There are certainly many changes that the state capital has in store for this session: a new governor and four new senators. But the biggest change in terms of sheer numbers is in the House of Representatives. Improving infrastructure and education will top the legislative agenda, as well as several proposals to phase out the controversial grocery tax. KATV7 News Report
