"Castle Doctrine" to be Heard by Arkansas Committee! The House Judiciary Committee will soon be taking House Bill 1027, self-defense legislation, also known as "Castle Doctrine," into consideration. Please contact committee members and respectfully urge them to support your right to self-defense by approving HB1027. Governor Signs Right-to-Carry Reciprocity Reform! Governor Mike Beebe signed SB 268. This legislation will now recognize all valid RTC permits issued by another state as long as the other state recognizes an Arkansas RTC permit.
