On January 11, Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX) filed papers launching an exploratory committee to test the waters for a second presidential bid.In 1988, Paul ran for president as a Libertarian, pulling .05 percent of the vote in the general election against George H.W. Bush and Michael Dukakis. If he decides to run in 2008--a decision he reportedly will make within a few weeks -- he will run as a Republican . . . [Click for more]
