After 10 years of being held by Republican Mike Huckabee who was term limited, the office of Arkansas Governor passed back into the hands of a democrat. Former Arkansas Attorney General Mike Beebe officially became the states 45th Governor. After taking the oath of office Mike Beebe delivered his inaugural address. Before a crowd of almost two-thousand people Beebe outlined his top priorities as he enters office. He focused on education, economic development, and tax relief.
