Voters Opinion of Way that Barack Obama is performing as President:
26% Strongly Approve
41% Strongly Disapprove
Presidential Approval Index rating of -15
Only 17% believe health care costs will go down if Congress passes the health care legislation.
40% favor the health care plan - 55% oppose!
Overall President's performance:
46% of voters somewhat approve - 52% disapprove!
