Design Problem Resolved

Bill Smith, Editor: Many readers have noted that the ARRA News Service website was displaying in an odd fashion with the size of the text enlarging as you scrolled down the page. Without detailing the cause and correction, the solution to the design problem was resolved today. Thank you to those with suggestions and for everyone being patient as we worked through this issue. Fortunately those receiving our daily posts through subscription were not affected by this problem.
