WASHINGTON (AP) - Both U.S. senators from Arkansas have cast ballots in favor of keeping a proposed new temporary worker program in a broad immigration bill. An effort to remove the program failed today on a 64 to 31 vote. Voting to keep the program were 17 Democrats -- including Senators Blanche Lincoln and Mark Pryor of Arkansas -- 46 Republicans and one independent.
