Saturday at a special session of the Republican Party of Arkansas, the delegates voted to change its rules for selecting at-large delegates to the 2008 Republican National Convention. Under the new rules, each presidential candidate receiving at least 10 percent of the statewide vote will be allocated one at-large delegate and one alternate. The rules previously entitled only candidates receiving at least 20 percent of the vote to receive at-large delegates.
