In a prior post, we provided a link to Trumpet Gala 2007 in which Louis Farrakhan is the cover story on the November/December 2007 issue of Trinity United Church of Christ’s magazine run by the pastor's daughter. Farrakhan, minister for the Nation of Islam, received the church's “Rev. Dr. Jeremiah A. Wright, Jr. Lifetime Achievement Trumpeteer” Award at the 2007 Trumpet Gala held on Nov. 2, at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. Although, the link was removed from the church's website, Sweetness and Light has saved the information on Barack Obama church leader honoring a Muslim leader with the church leader's "Lifetime Achievement" award.
