Presidents' Day (George Washington's Birthday) is a federal holiday observed on the third Monday in February in honor of the first president of the United States. Other presidents are also honored. Washington's Birthday is observed Monday, Feb. 18, 2008 this year. It is observed Monday, Feb. 16, 2009 next year.
