Info Post
Bob Parks at Black and Right brings us the liberal "boo hoo" of the day. LOL, thanks Bob:
It’s a little late to be looking for sympathy.
Twenty-two-year-old David Kernell was a University of Tennessee student majoring in economics when prosecutors say he hacked into the Yahoo! account Sarah Palin sometimes used for state business. At the time she was Alaska’s governor and the GOP candidate for vice president. Kernell’s father, Democratic Rep. Mike Kernell of Memphis, has served in the Tennessee House since 1974.

Kernell fears some jurors in heavily Republican East Tennessee could be dazzled when the conservative star testifies.

Convictions on all four felony charges — identity theft, wire fraud, intentionally accessing Palin’s e-mail account without authorization and obstructing an FBI investigation — could send Kernell to prison for up to 50 years.
Yeah, it ain’t so funny now, is it David?

And by the way, President Obama won’t be thinking about pardons until November 2012, at the earliest.
What does he mean he can't get a fair trail.  Isn't Tennessee the home of  former senator and former vice president liberal inventor of the Internet "carbon credits" Al Gore.  I guess this young democrat liberal pretty boy did the crime but does not want to have to pay the time - at least not taking showers in prison.
