Is Palin Running Or Not? Palin’s Pre-Campaign Commercial

Sarah Palin released a video this weekend which Karl Rove called “pre-presidential. What do you think? Is she running or Not? Newsalertusa.com says, the video is "as slick as they get. And if you watch to the end, it lets Iowans know 'See you again September 3.'" Rove said that September 3rd is the most likely date of a campaign kickoff if she is running.
