Joe Biden will be running for President in 2008. He knows if he wants to win the presidency he has to appeal to us Southerners. Yesterday on Fox News Sunday, in an attempt to prove his Southern bona fides, he proudly declared that Delaware was a slave state before the War between the States; and that because of that fact Southerners would find him appealing.Joe, we already knew about the slavery in Delaware.
