New Jersey Judge: homeschooling is deliberate child abuse

It is illegal to home school in Germany. Now New Jersey judge warns of child-abusing homeschoolers. Abuse of children is not right. But the door is opening to Homeschooling being equated to child abuse. Story follows:
Court is 'shocked' by lack of government authority over students
