Government Cannot Account for Fugitives’ Whereabouts

by Hunter Holcombe, Homeland Security Weekly: Adding fuel to the fire that has engulfed the political issue of illegal immigration, a new report by the Homeland Security Department's inspector general has found that the government is struggling to keep up with an enormous backlog of illegal immigrants awaiting deportation.
