Our nation’s love affair with Liberalism/Socialism is putting us all in jeopardy. Our way of life, prosperity, freedoms, and even our legal system are endangered should we elect another foolish Socialist to the most powerful office in the world. The Clintons are Communist loving Socialists bent on nothing less than the destruction of the nation. Obama appears to be simply an amoral empty shirt addicted to Socialism and social liberality. That so many young people appear to adore him is indicative of the weakness of our public education system. Few seem to have even a cursory understanding of history nor the capitalistic free-market system that has brought us such prosperity. . . .
To quote Bill Bennett, "Sen. John McCain has a great deal to recommend him. He has a great deal more to offer the country, and it is our sincere hope that, as we move toward the general election, more and more people will see that. In the interim, it is our equal hope that Sen. McCain will take the next several months to build his support among conservative doubters within our party. Conservatives have been openly and rightly critical of McCain but he has taken it relatively calmly. Now, as he heads toward the nomination, we must continue to be critical to force his compliance to our demands, but doing so in ways not damaging to his ability to win in November. The battle must be against those who would gladly weaken our nation's defense, wave a white flag to al-Qaeda, socialize our health-care system, promote class warfare, impose greater taxes, and institute more Socialist income redistribution instead of free-market economic growth and equality of opportunity.
Supreme Court appointments will be made in the near future. Attacks on traditional and family values continue to mount, most of it coming at the hands of liberal anti-constitutionalist judges appointed by liberal Democrats. It is critical to our nation to have a candidate who has already pledged to appoint proper judges and can possibly appeal to Reagan Democrats and those independent voters who still share our pro-life world view. The stakes are enormous. I, along with Jack Kemp and many other conservatives and GOP members, urge you to put the McCain candidacy into historical perspective and recognize that he isn't just a bulldog of the Senate, but that he has the stuff to become a lion of the 21st century. We must help him achieve that goal or cease to be.... [Read More]
