Rasmussen Reports Election 2010: Arkansas Senate Race

Rasmussen Reports (9/29/09): . . . at-risk in 2010. Arkansas' Blanche Lambert Lincoln trails all four of her leading Republican challengers . . . Lincoln fails to get 50% of the vote in any of the match-ups, and any incumbent who falls short of that level is considered vulnerable. In three of the match-ups, however, she is virtually tied with the challengers at this time:

State Senator Gilbert Baker leads Lincoln 47% to 39%, with 5% like some other candidate & 8% undecided.

State Senator Minority Leader Kim Hendren leads Lincoln 44% to 41%, with 5% favoring another candidate & 10% undecided.

Curtis Coleman, a private businessman with ties to former Arkansas governor and presidential hopeful Mike Huckabee, leads Lincoln 43% to 41%, with 5% favoring another candidate & 11% undecided.

Tom Cox, head of the Arkansas T.E.A. Party, leads Lincoln 43% to 40%, with 6% favoring another candidate & 11% undecided.

Arkansas voters; view of Sen. Lincoln: 26% very favorable; 28% very unfavorably; 4% no opinion.

President Obama's health care plan: 30% favor; 67% oppose it; 20% strongly favor the plan, 52% strongly oppose it. Cost of Health care if plan becomes law: 56% will go up; 16% will go down; 20% no change.

U.S. economy: 10% good or excellent; 46% poor; 31% economy is getting better; 45% getting worse; 18% no change.
