Warren's cartoon focuses on the reading of the Constitution on the House floor yesterday. Indeed, it is about time at least half of Congress officially read the Constitution. However, comments were heard from Democrats questioning doing so. They voiced opinions like "this is just putting on a show" and "the Supreme Courts decide if they are following the Constitution in Congress." Makes a lot of American citizens / voters wonder where these legislators hearts and heads were when they took their Oath of Office the day before. Do they think the Oath as required by the U.S. Constitution was put their for show and is some good old boy meaningless pledge? It is time for Senators to read the Constitution on the floor of the Senate.
