Hate Crime Bill SB264 again on Agenda

Arkansas Senate Committee on Judiciary is meeting in regular session today at 10am and a proposed Hate Crimes bill SB264 filed by Senator Hank Wilkins, IV (D-Pine Bluff) is scheduled to be heard before the Committee.
