The original photo that has been altered was taken during the WWII battle for Iwo Jima in the Pacific. This is an appalling travesty that dishonors both in the men in the photo raising the American Flag in the time of combat and to the memory of all the Marines that fought and died on Iwo Jima. This is another liberal slap to the face of our great nation.To quote TexasFred: "Time Magazine should be ashamed of themselves for dishonoring the memory of the men that raised that flag, all of them are dead now, and for anyone that doesn’t know the story of these men, and the trials and tribulations they went through after this was all over with, I recommend that you read Flags of Our Fathers by James Bradley."
To quote Gawfer: "Global Warming is a hoax, and the men who died on the island of Iwo Jima as well as every active duty and Veteran of the armed forces have been insulted by a major publication. Time Magazine should be held accountable for their jack-ass implications. Shame on Time Magazine and the morons who proliferate their agenda of hate!"
