According to an immigration attorney, having to learn English is "absolutely un-American" and a "really onerous task". Please notice, everyone talks about poor robbers having to go to jail if they don't learn English. Going to jail would NOT be for not learnig English -- IT WOULD BE FOR HAVING COMMITTED ARMED ROBBERY! Plus, not taking up the judge on the very generous bargain! |
