By William Warren: ALG CTA: The Department of the Treasury is out to seize private capital. Not only is this poor economics, it demonstrates a blatant disregard for the United States Constitution! After all, when was the last time the government took something and gave it back? Never! Tell Secretary Geithner to keep his hands behind his back and not destroy the American entrepreneurship spirit by calling his office at 202-622-2000.
