MoveOn.org’s recent ad attacking General Petraeus’ integrity is reprehensible. Their willingness to put their political aims above the honor of our armed forces is un-American.Some examples of funds given to Democrats include:
The men and women that serve in our military deserve a measure of respect for their willingness to sacrifice on our behalf.

In the 2006 cycle, over $2.6 million dollars was raised by or through MoveOn.org for Senate Democrats. So far in 2007, MoveOn.org has raised or contributed to Senate Democrats over $250,000 -- and that’s just the beginning.
Today I call on each Senate Democrat that has received a contribution from MoveOn to return it immediately. You must prove to the American people that you are not bought and owned by MoveOn.org.
We need leaders in this country that are focused on succeeding in Iraq and are committed to supporting our troops. If Senate Democrats are serious about moving our country forward, they will return the campaign funds MoveOn.org has lavished on them as well as the donations made through MoveOn.org.
