by Laura Kellams: The only Democrat who’s announced an intention to run against U. S. Rep. John Boozman is putting his candidacy “on hold” before the campaign really got started. John Burnett, an Atkins attorney who announced in December that he’d run against Boozman in 2008, said Friday that business obligations will keep him from devoting the attention the race needs right now.
